After you have completed and submitted your profile you will now be directed to the Two Factor Authorization screen where you will have one of three ways to retrieve the unique code needed to complete the G5 log-in process. The three options are:
App - Use an Authenticator Application on your smart device
Voice - Receive Voice Call-Back
Text - Receive SMS/Text
Note: Use only one of the three options to retrieve the unique code necessary to log in to G5.
The following instructions will show you how to activate and log in using the App tab. This includes downloading an authenticator app on your smart device, activating that device for use with G5, and logging into G5.
