In this topic, you will learn how to edit a performance report.
Click the Package Submission menu item to begin the process of editing a performance report.Step 1
The awards associated with your user ID display.
Click the Select button to mark Award P407W100001.Step 2
Click the Continue > button to continue to the list of reports which are required.Step 3
Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and view the list of reports.Step 4
Click the Select button to mark the Annual Performance report for Award P407W100001.Step 5
Click the Edit Report button to edit the report you selected.Step 6
Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down to the forms.Step 7
For this example, Sections B and C of the standard ED 524B form are in Draft status. They will be edited and completed.Step 8
Click the Select button to mark Form 1852_6003 (ED 524B) - Sections B and C.Step 9
Click the Edit Form button to edit the form you selected.Step 10
The form displays.
Click the Browse… button for the File field in Section B.Step 11
Select the Financial Year 1 file from the list.Step 12
Click the Open button to add the file to the form.Step 13
The file is now displayed in the field.
Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.Step 14
Click the Form Complete option box to indicate that the form is now complete.Step 15
Click the Save & Return to Package button to save the attached file and return to the package.Step 16
A message displays indicating that the form was successfully saved.

The status of the form has updated to "Completed."
Click the Preview Package button to generate the package to preview.Step 18
