Delete an Admin Action Request as a Grantee


In this topic, you will learn how to delete an administrative (admin) action request.


  1. Click the Initiate Actions menu to begin the process of deleting an administrative (admin) action request.

  2. The list of awards to which you are associated displays.


    Click the Select button to mark Award P066W100004.

  3. Click the Continue > button to move to the Admin Requests Search tab.

  4. Click the Show Calendar button for the Start Date field to display the calendar for the field.

  5. For this example, the calendar has been set to June 2009.

  6. Select the 21 cell for this example.

  7. Select the DUNS list item for the Admin Request Type.

  8. Click the Search button to find the existing requests of the type you selected.

  9. Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down and view the search results.

  10. Note:  The request must be in "Draft" status in order for it to be deleted.  If it is already in "Pending" status, it is no longer available to be deleted.

  11. Click the Select button to mark the request which displays.

  12. Click the Delete button to delete the request you selected.

    Click the Vertical scrollbar to scroll down.

  14. Click the Submit button to submit the deletion to the system.

  15. The system displays a message indicating that the request has been deleted successfully.

  16. Note:  If you want to delete additional admin action requests, you may click on Done and return to the search screen to repeat the process.
