Purpose: This procedure demonstrates how to add a phone call to the Grant File. Telephone transcripts saved in G5 are subject to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). When adding a phone call, the user will be asked to provide the following information:
Phone calls are saved in the Correspondence section of the Grant File.
