Purpose : This procedure demonstrates how to acknowledge that a response was received from the grantee for the email notification sent for excessive balance and that the email was uploaded to the G5 electronic folder. This will also confirm that the response specifies the dollar amounts for:

1. Amount of grant funds remaining in the account

2. A projection of the total grant costs to be incurred

3. A projection of the total amount of the grant funds that will not be spent. 

Users will be able to go to the Award Details page and be able to enter an email response received date.  The system will flag the award as Yes/No in the database and display it in the Response Received column.
