Purpose : This procedure demonstrates how a user inquires on the status of an obligated award. The user may also view the Performance Period End Date, Liquidation Date, Suspension Date and Closeout Date. The status of awards will change automatically during the overnight process based on the award dates. Awards which are in compliance will close automatically during the overnight process when the awards have reached their closeout dates. Awards which are not in compliance will need to be closed manually.
