Purpose : This procedure demonstrates how to create a supplement in G5.  Supplements are changes in dollar amounts for current or previous budget periods.  Supplements can either increase or decrease the available award amount for the grantee.  Supplements can be created for a specific award or for a group of awards for a specific CFDA/subprogram/Budget Fiscal Year.  Note that supplements for Fellowships should be entered for each award separately, not as a group.
