Purpose: This procedure will demonstrate how to add an email from Outlook to the Grant File using TRIM.

Prerequisites: The prerequisites for this topic are: 

 

1. The award must be in Obligated status. 

2. The user must be the assigned ED Program Contact for the award or a member of the grant team. 

3. TRIM must be installed on the user's computer and the TRIM add-ins must be properly configured for Outlook. 

4. The user must have an account in TRIM and be added to a user group.
