- - a Program Office alpha identifier,
- - a three-digit Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) program number,
- - the Subprogram alpha-identifier, and
- - the last two digits of the fiscal year, and
- - a four-digit sequential number generated by G5.
