Purpose : This procedure demonstrates how to commit supplement increases in G5. Supplement decreases do not need to be committed. Once the supplements are committed, the transaction is posted in FMSS. Note that formula supplements do not need to be committed, only obligated. Also note that the user who commits supplements in G5 is not allowed to obligate the same supplements.
