Purpose: This procedure demonstrates how program offices can view the components of the awards which will be evaluated for substantial progress of the grantees. Only grants that are in "Open" and "Liquidation" status and that are flagged to receive an email in the Subprogram module will appear on this tab. Users will be able to access the "Awards Details" page, "Audit Findings" and provide comments for awards that did not meet their objectives.

Prerequisites: The prerequisite for this topic is;
1. Grants must be in Open and Liquidation status.
2. Grants must be flagged in the Subprogram module to receive an email.
3. Grantee must have an excessive balance of more than the threshold specified in the Maintain Subprogram module at the end of the 3rd quarter.
