Purpose:  The functionality described in this section provides tools allowing users and administrators to perform detailed searches across grants, recipients and programs.  This particular functionality consists of two types of searches: 

• Advanced which provides multiple tabs with extra fields for more detailed searches. 
• Grant Files which allows users to search for documents across grant files.
