Purpose: This procedure will demonstrate how users manage and send notifications to grantees. Notifications are sent via emails (Broadcast and individual) and letters.
If an email is being broadcast to multiple grantees, the users have the option to cc ED Program Contact for each of those grantees. When sending a Broadcast email, the user will be prompted to provide the following information:

1. User must be a member of the grant team, or assigned as the ED Program Contact for the award.
