NoteThe To, Subject and Letter Body sections may be updated as needed.  Also, the Department's program contact information populates from the schedule information.

 

For this example, the address in the To field will be replaced with the Department employee's address who will send the hard copy to the applicant.  This is done so that the system does not automatically send the email to the applicant.  It is sent to the employee's address instead so that the electronic copy is only sent internally, not to the applicant.  The applicant will only receive the hard copy in the US mail.
