Purpose: This procedure demonstrates how to publish application packages for Discretionary (Individual and Organizational), Formula, Fellowship (Institutional and Individual), and Impact Aid grants. Users are able to publish any packages that have the appropriate forms and required information created.

Prerequisites: The prerequisites for this topic are:
1. A schedule exists in G5.
2. An application package exists in G5 with the required forms and information created.
For Your Information: It is important that you publish your application package after creating it. Your grantee will not be able to see the application package. Make sure the performance report package shows as "published" and it matches the milestone (report type such as "interim" and FY) and matches the schedule of the award. If an award is schedule 1, there must be a report for schedule 1. If the award is on schedule 2, there must be a report on that schedule.
