Purpose : This procedure demonstrates how to create a loan base record in G5 . There are three types of loans: Direct Loans, Teach and LLR (Lender of Last Resort). The loan base record number contains the Agency Code, CFDA number and subprogram alpha character (Example: 84.999Z). The user will enter the Performance Period, Program Office information and ACCS information, including the Program Cash Control Account (PCCA) information. For Direct Loans, the fiscal year is also known as the academic year.
